On the 23rd of
October 2019, Thursday, the Office of Public Relations of Tbilisi
Theological Academy and Seminary held a meeting with the students
of the following faculties: Ecclesiastical Architecture,
Iconography and Restoration of Easel and Monumental
Iconography.
The Deputy head of
the office, PhD of Theology, Mr. Tsotne Chkheidze familiarized the
students with plans and perspectives in their future work. He
emphasized that in the recent period, the potentiality in the
sphere of scientific and theological activities at TTAS has many
times been manifested; however, taking courses in the
aforementioned educational institution is interesting and
prospective in another dimension, too. Mr. Tscotne Chkheidze also
mentioned that the students and, specifically, the students of the
aforementioned faculties have a special creativity and potentiality
which should not be confined to the assessments given by the
academic personnel of this institution or outside experts. With the
support of the governing bodies of TTAS, the Office of Public
Relations will concentrate itself on the popularization of their
work and potentiality. After the meeting, many of the students
expressed their willingness to more closely cooperate with the
Office of Public Relations in the aforementioned dimension.
