On November 20 of this year, an informational meeting was held at the Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary with the Chairperson of the Demographic Revival Foundation, Doctor of Political Science and Professor Tamar Chiburdanishvili-Lomtatidze. Ms. Tamar spoke about the work of the Youth Agency and noted that within the framework of the Youth Agency’s grant competition “Strengthening Youth Organizations”, with the support of the Agency and the co-financing of Tbilisi City Hall, the Demographic Revival Foundation is implementing a youth project titled “Me, My Family and the State.”
It is noteworthy that, in addition to informational and educational meetings, the project also envisions providing the young people who participate in them with employment opportunities, if they so wish.
On November 12 of this year, a public presentation of the project was held. At present, the second stage of the project is underway, with the Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary taking part in it. Accordingly, within the framework of the project, the Foundation’s leadership held an informational meeting with the institution’s students. The meeting, in accordance with the project format, was held in an informal, direct setting. Ms. Tamar spoke about the goals and objectives of the various stages of the project’s implementation, the established nominations, and other related topics. After the presentation of the project, the speaker provided detailed answers to the questions posed by the students. From November 20 to December 7, meetings will be held in higher education institutions in Tbilisi, and from December 8 to December 12, in university cities across Georgia. The meetings will be conducted by the author of the project, Ms. Tamar Chiburdanishvili-Lomtatidze.
