The goal of the Department of
Liturgics and Pastoral Theology is to teach students thoroughly and
fundamentally all the issues relevant to Christian Liturgy. The
department provides the students with studying Liturgy, liturgical
theology, Pastoral theology, Homiletics-Rhetoric and Speech
Culture. All the above mentioned is of great importance, it is
highly important for the Georgian Church to bring up well-educated
high-level clergy.
