At the meeting, she gave
important recommendations and pieces of advice regarding the
specifics of a thesis. She drew attention to the peculiarity of its
structural units and discussed in detail importance and
characteristics of the title page, application prepared for the
qualification paper and its annotation; she also spoke about the
features of the title, introduction and conclusion. She noted that
a doctoral student should, particularly, pay attention to the
technical and content fluency and logical sequence of the table of
contents. The expert’s recommendations regarding the compilation of
the bibliography were also noteworthy. At the end of the training,
the doctoral students put questions to the guest and received
comprehensive answers from her.
Prof. Nino Mindiashvili thanked
the Rectorate of Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary for the
invitation and noted that it was great responsibility and honor for
her to meet with the doctoral students of the higher theological
school.
