On May 30 of the current year, the first-year students of Tbilisi Theological Seminary visited the memorial dedicated to the Three Hundred Aragvians. On the site, the Head of the Department of Georgian History, Professor Sergo Vardosanidze delivered his concluding lecture on the topic: “Georgia in the 18th-20th Centuries”. The following students gave their talks on the topic: Omar Lebanidze, David Kharshiladze, Giorgi Kapanadze, Bukhuti Katsiashvili, Luka Petriadze, Alexander Ghirsiashvili, Giorgi Shanava, Giorgi Tsikarishvili, David Kheladze and Monk Gabriel (Kopadze).
The
students prayed with candles lit before the memorial for the
eternal rest of the souls of the warriors who laid down their lives
for the freedom of their
motherland.
